 Seminar London April 22/23 2017

Where are you going with reflexology?

There has never been a better time to be in the reflexology profession. There is unlimited potential to build a busy practice. However there is a proviso, this potential will only come to those who are skilled in using a range of effective, positive, cutting-edge techniques.
It is surprising that these are not known or even suspected to exist by the majority of reflexologists (and patients).

My 40+ years as an international reflexologist has taught me what it takes to be an effective therapist. I have trained thousands of reflexologists throughout the world to realise their potential and provide a truly effective service to their patients, while at the same time improving their lives immeasurably.

I founded ART (Advanced Reflexology Techniques) in 1984 to demonstrate the other concepts and potentials of reflexology. These have been taught continuously since then, and are continuously developing.
Because of this, I formed ‘Focused Reflexology’
© to bring these developments under one umbrella.
I am please to be able to present this London seminar on April 22/23
Seminar will include:
  • The meaning of the ‘disturbed’ reflexes
  • How do we identify them?
  • Working with the ART Foundation techniques
  • Using these on the endocrine and other systems
  • Focus on gynaecological and fertility problems
  • The applications of Focused Reflexology in conjunction with ART

The Trio link
This is a new addition to my seminars.
The correspondence between the structures of the neck and the reflexes of the feet is not generally realised.
The  reflex-rich areas on an area of the abdomen also has a major significance not on general, physical and mental well being, but also influence the reflexes of the feet.
I will demonstrate passive, manual contact to the neck and abdomen. Usually just contacting the neck is sufficient.
This is not any form of manipulation or treatment of neck or abdominal conditions
Although this is more suitable to those with qualifications in various forms of physical therapy, such as massage, they can be easily adapted by those without as a form of self-help and to be shared with colleagues-after all, we therapists need to take care of ourselves as well.
Details of seminars and booking information are shown below.

These seminars are awarded two CPD points by the AoR for each hour attended
Seminar information and booking details are shown on the seminar page

Best Wishes
Tony Porter
